By accessing or using NichePilot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

NichePilot is an AI-assisted niche and content brand opportunity analyzer. The Service produces estimates and suggestions for content strategy purposes only. The Service is not financial, medical, legal, or professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, without limitation, attempting to reverse engineer the Service, generate content that violates applicable laws, infringe third-party rights, or harass others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Credits

Where applicable, deep analyses are paid for with credits. A successful analysis consumes one credit. If an analysis fails for technical reasons attributable to the Service, the credit is refunded automatically. Used credits are non-refundable once the analysis is delivered. 6. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the inputs you submit. You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the outputs we generate for you. AI outputs may resemble outputs generated for other users; we make no guarantee of uniqueness.

7. AI outputs

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for verifying any claim, recommendation or suggestion before acting on it. See the AI Output Disclaimer for details.

8. No income guarantee

No income, audience growth, ranking, or commercial outcome is guaranteed by use of the Service. All analyses are estimates for content strategy purposes only.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notifying users.
