Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how NichePilot issues refunds.

1. Automatic refunds for technical failure

If an analysis fails for technical reasons attributable to the Service (for example, an AI provider outage or a system error), the credit consumed is refunded automatically to your account. You do not need to contact support.

2. Used credits are non-refundable

Once an analysis has been successfully delivered, the credit consumed is non-refundable. Disagreement with the analysis content or output is not grounds for a credit refund, since the cost reflects the work performed.

3. Unused credits

Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely. Refund of unused credits against a payment may be available within a limited window after purchase and is subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Contact support@nichepilot.app for case-by-case review.

4. Duplicate or fraudulent charges

If you believe a charge was duplicated or unauthorized, contact support@nichepilot.app promptly. We will investigate and, where appropriate, reverse the charge.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated. We will always try to resolve issues directly first.

6. Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights granted to you by applicable law.
