Delete Account

You can delete your NichePilot account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Please read this page before initiating deletion.

What happens when you delete your account

• Permanent removal. Account deletion is permanent. We cannot restore your account once deletion has been processed.
• Reports. All saved reports associated with your account will be deleted.
• Favorites. All favorite reports will be deleted.
• Unused credits. Unused credits may be lost and cannot be restored after deletion. Where consumer protection law applies, you may be entitled to a refund of unused credits within a defined window before deletion. Contact support@nichepilot.app to discuss refund options if applicable.
• Identifiers. Email address and other account identifiers will be erased or anonymized.

What may be retained

We may retain certain information after deletion where required by applicable law, for accounting and tax compliance, to enforce our agreements, or to prevent fraud and abuse. Such retained data is minimized and protected.

Active deletion is required

We do not automatically delete inactive accounts. If you no longer want to use the Service, please initiate deletion explicitly so we can remove your data.

How to delete

Go to the app, open Settings, choose Delete account, confirm the warnings, and complete the deletion flow. When the account system is live, deletion will be processed immediately and irreversibly.
