Credit Policy

This Credit Policy describes how credits work in NichePilot.

1. One credit, one analysis

A successful deep analysis consumes one credit. Credits are denominated per-analysis, not per-token.

2. Free credit on email confirmation

When auth is live, new verified users will receive one free credit after confirming their email. The free credit follows the same rules as purchased credits.

3. Credits never expire

Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely. Unused credits carry over until used, refunded under the Refund Policy, or until the account is deleted.

4. Automatic refund for technical failure

If an analysis fails for technical reasons attributable to the Service, the credit is refunded automatically to your account. You do not need to contact support.

5. Used credits are non-refundable

Once an analysis is successfully delivered, the credit consumed is non-refundable. See the Refund Policy for details.

6. Regeneration

Regenerating an analysis creates a new, separate report and consumes one additional credit. It does not overwrite or refund the original report.

7. Edits and exports are free

Editing your report and exporting it as PDF do not consume additional credits.

8. Account deletion

If you delete your account, unused credits may be lost and cannot be restored. Where consumer protection law applies, you may be entitled to a refund for unused credits within a defined window.
